Introducing Shearers UGG New Rubber base soles!
Finally, a lightweight, flexible UGG boot utilising injection Phylon (“IP”) sports shoe sole technology. This state of the art rubber sole "IP’s microcellular" provides a structure, lightweight and flexible sole with excellent cushioning characteristics and low specific gravity, typically less than 0.5kg/m³.
Over the year's UGG boots have generally been made with EVA, and we've also done a mixer better EVA and rubber in the past, but have found this new sole is going to surpass all expectations and other UGG's on the market. Considering its’ low specific gravity “IP” is remarkably durable with good abrasion and cut-tear resistance. t also has excellent flex cracking resistance, making your UGG boots ready to handle freezing cold temperatures (-30°C).
Shearers UGG active range is Australian Made from “A” Grade merino-cross double face sheepskins. It is available in Classic and Mini styles across 3 colours (Chestnut, Sand and Black). Both styles have reinforced heel stiffener and leather mudguard for enhanced toe support . The “IP” sole is side stitched (lockstitch) for added security.
The Ortho Tec insole/footbed is constructed from breathable open cell PU foam with sheepskin top cover. PU foam offers superior cushioning, breathability and arch support. The new active range will be the most durable UGG boot on the market an only exclusive at Shearers UGG.
